Services

We don’t just provide the technology; we walk the journey with you.

How we work

We offer a wide array of services to our customers at Fluidity. To ensure consistency, we implement the following process to every project.

1.
Kick Off Session

The kick off session is a short, but detailed exercise with all the stakeholders. This is to ensure all the stakeholders are on the same page pertaining to the requirements and how the project will be run. This is normally a 2 to 3 hours session, depending on complexity of project.

2.
Requirement Gathering Session

The design sprints session occurs over a few days depending on size and complexity of the project. The idea behind these sessions is to take a complex project and to break it down into smaller interconnected parts. This creates a base from which to work from. Key risks and challengers are highlighted and possible mitigation strategies discussed.

These sprints allow Fluidity to meet delivery deadlines, creates momentum within the project and allows stakeholders to see valid and tangible movement in the project.
